Teachers and staff at Cornerstone seek to integrate the principles of God’s word throughout the entire program as the entryway to the heart. At Cornerstone, we want our students to understand that excellence is not to be perceived as outward behavior, yet strive to be and do our best as unto the Lord. We strive for Excellence in Everything as we teach our students in weekly Chapel lessons that Excellence begins in the heart.
Attitude: If we love God and love others, then our attitudes will bring glory to God in the way we conduct ourselves and how we treat others.
Academics: God created each student unique and in his own image. Student work should reflect our personal best.
Arts: We see artistic talent as a gift given by God. Our focus is to assist our students in the development of their God-given talents to edify, serve, and bless others all the while giving glory and honor to Him.
Athletics: Cougar athletes are expected to put forth their best effort by showing Christ-like love and behavior whether we win or lose. Cornerstone Coaches strive to prepare our athletes to be Christian leaders on and off the field for life after Cornerstone.
