Throughout the year we offer a variety of sports for our student’s grades 4-8. If you have a student who enjoys athletics, we strongly encourage them to get involved!
We are members of the “Red Rock Athletic Conference”
Athletics are a great way for students to learn the value of hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and teamwork. Our goal is to teach self-discipline, a spirit of cooperation, respect for rules, authority and fair play within a Christian environment. In order to accomplish these objectives, it is necessary to develop and maintain a team and school spirit that is based on Christian principles, discipline and uniformity of goals.
Meet our Athletic Director, Mr. Robert Berkey
Mr. Berkey owns and operates an insurance agency in Las Vegas & has lived his entire life as an athlete. Mr. Berkey graduated from UNLV in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He played basketball for the Runnin’ Rebels from 2004-2006 under Head Coach Lon Kruger. As a student athlete, he had learned the importance of having a good work ethic, staying organized, being an effective communicator and always doing things with integrity.
One of his favorite parts of being an athlete is passing on what he has learned through his athletic experiences to students. Mr. Berkey has also helped lead basketball camps and skill drills, assisted with fundraising efforts and has coached High School Basketball as well.
